Provide power to the irrigation pump with the supplied USB cable and install 4X AA batteries in the battery compartment as a backup. Now you can connect the kit to your WiFi network. You then cut the water tube to size and install the micro-drippers in the soil of your pot plants with the supplied material to connect the tube and the drippers.

-Manual operation possible on the water pump and with the APP.
-Set up automatic irrigation schedules with the APP.
-Irrigation time adjustable with the APP.
-Doesn’t need a tap. Works with a bottle or bucket of water (handy with the included clip for a bucket).
-The irrigation schedules can be set anywhere and anytime with the APP.
-Warning in the APP if there’s no water supply.
On the WiFi water pump you will find 2 buttons with 2 green lights.
The button on the left is the WiFi button. You must press and hold this button until the light flashes quickly to connect the pump to your WiFi and the APP.
-If the green light flashes quickly (interval 0.5 sec.), the USB cable is correctly connected. If the light still flashes quickly after a connection attempt, the connection attempt has failed.
-If the green light flashes slowly (interval 1.5 sec.), the USB cable is connected correctly and the pump is connecting to your WiFi network and the APP.
-If the green light stays on, the USB cable is connected correctly and the pump has been successfully connected to both the APP and your WiFi.
-If the light turns on 0.5 sec. and then 3 sec. off, the batteries are used for power supply.
-If the light turns on 3 sec. and then 0.5 sec. off, the batteries should be replaced. The battery status is also displayed in the APP.
The right button is used for manual irrigation (this can also be done with the APP). As soon as you press the button, the watering starts. Pressing the button again stops the watering.
-If the light above this button is constantly on, the pump is giving water.
-If the light flashes quickly (interval 0.5 sec.), there is no water available (this is also displayed in the APP).
Installation of the water pump in the WiFi network
Download the free APP Control Master and create an account. Put 4X AA batteries in the battery compartment of the water pump and make sure the pump is connected and supplied with power using the supplied USB cable. The batteries serve as a backup for the power supply.
Note: if the pump is not connected with the USB cable, you cannot set / change automatic irrigation schedules and it is not possible to operate the pump with the APP! The preset irrigation schedules will still be executed if the pump is not connected with the USB cable. In this case, the pump works on batteries.
After the batteries have been installed, the light above the WiFi button flashes (0.5 sec. On and 3 sec. Off). Now press the WiFi button until the light starts flashing quickly (interval 0.5 sec.).
-Now go to the Home page in the APP and press the “+” symbol at the top right.
-Click on “Smart Irrigation” at the top left of the screen.
-Click on the symbol of the gray WiFi water pump.
-Click on “Confirm indicator rapidly blinks”.
-Now enter the name of your WiFi network with the password. Click on “Confirm”.
-The water pump will now connect to your WiFi network.
-Click on “Done”.
-Now you can set the interval to irrigate and how long you want to irrigate.
See the following 8 screenshots for the progress:
Setting up an automatic irrigation schedule
-Click on “How often” to set the irrigation interval. A few examples: 00 D 01 H means you want to irrigate every hour, 01 D 00 H means you want to irrigate every day and 04 D 12 H means you want to irrigate every 4 days and 12 hours. The shortest interval you can set is watering every hour, and the longest interval you can set is watering every 7 days. You can choose all days and hours in between.
-Now click on “How long” to set the desired duration of irrigation. The shortest period you can set is 6 sec. and the longest period is 30 min. You can choose any period in between.
-Click on the tick above “Auto Run” at the bottom of the screen and your automatic irrigation schedule is active. The screen will now turn green. The screen shows you how long it will take for the irrigation to start and also shows the battery status of the water pump.
Setting up an irrigation schedule manually
You can also set an irrigation schedule manually. Don’t click on “Auto Run”, the color of the screen will be gray. Now set the interval and the duration and click on “Switch” to switch on the water pump manually. Pressing “Switch” again switches off manual irrigation (manual irrigation can also be switched on with the right button on the water pump).
Note: every time you change the irrigation interval at “How often” the water pump will automatically irrigate for 10 sec. If the pump has no water supply, this will be displayed in the APP with the text “! No water ”.
Connecting the water pump
The water pump has 2 connections for the water hose on the right side.
-The top connection is “in”. Cut a piece of water hose to the desired size and push the supplied metal filter into the hose. Hang the hose with the filter in a bottle or bucket with water. At the bottom of the box you’ll find a plastic clip that you can use to attach the water pump to a bucket. Push the other end of the hose onto the “in” connection of the water pump. Always use clean water and always use the metal filter to prevent damage to the pump!
-The bottom connection on the right side of the water pump is the “Out”. From here you will install the water hose to irrigate your plants. Use the supplied connection material to provide each plant with a micro dripper. By holding the end of the hose in hot water, it is easier to slide the hose over the micro drippers and over the other pieces to connect the water hose.
Tips and Warnings
-Make sure that the pump can never freeze.
-You can add liquid fertilizer to the water, to provide nutrients to your plants during watering.
