Delivery Conditions Plant Care Tools

In our webshop only consumers with a delivery address within the EU can place an order directly. If you wish to place an order with a delivery address outside the EU, this is also possible. In that case, we request that you first send an email to sales@plantcaretools.com to discuss these delivery conditions with you.

Shipping services

For an order in the Benelux, we send your package with the French Colissimo postal services with Track & Trace code. You will receive three emails: as soon as your order has been delivered to the postal service, when your package has been scanned by the French Post and upon delivery of your package.
(Exception: parcels under 100 grams are sent without Track & Trace code to save you costs. You will only receive the first e-mail in this case).

Shipping and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped on the 1st business day following the day of the order. For orders within the European Union, you should expect a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days from the day of ordering. The delivery time for an order outside the EU will be determined after we receive your request and your order.

Problems with the delivery of your package

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address with your order and, as a result, the package cannot be delivered, the package will automatically be returned to us. Once we have received the package back (this can take up to 2-3 weeks), you will need to provide the correct shipping address again and pay the shipping costs again. After this, the package will once again be delivered to the parcel service and presented to the correct address.
